Memorial Day Another great day for Erika and I. We spent the first part of the day kayaking on Lake Dillon. The mountain backdrop reflecting off of the water was spectacular. We drifted along the shore letting the wind lazily push us. We gazed at the geology, trees, and wildlife. We listened to the birds in the trees near the shore. When paddling, our kayaks sliced through the water with absolute silence. The world other than what we saw did not exist for hours. Later that day, we spent the afternoon hosting friends
